Then the second sentence of the response is promising. Notice the second sentence does not give the answer. It promises the answer is in the article. This forces the prospect to read on to find the answer for which they are looking for.

Some people get into this big old long long description, and this is the psychological message it sends when people are watching this. "Oh my God, if this description is long, the article is going to be even longer. I'm out of here."
