Today, Information Technology will meet with regular changes in IT and performance needs of the economy. To address the challenges, organizations are finding outsourcing a better option. IT Outsourcing comes when an organization gives the task of an IT service provider to perform a function for them. The service provider is a third party or other entity.

Many types of IT services can be outsourced. The management can outsource for different reasons, may be operational, technological, financial, etc. operating conditions may be like, to improve the quality of service, develop and maintain robust systems, to reduce the effort for real business. The technological advantages may include, achieving efficiency, access to the processes people and technology, current with evolving technology, improving the quality of IT services. The reasons may include financial, bringing under control IT costs, while minimizing the risk of investing in the wrong technology.

Outsourcing has many advantages

Organizations or can put a lot of money on hand, freeing resources for other tasks.
Or more economic in terms of salaries, benefits and reduces risks and costs.
Or organizations can focus on its core components.

IT Outsourcing also have some problems

Operating problems include the failure of systems, unauthorized access to data, further, it is possible that the organization is able to identify the problem. Sometimes IT professionals are sent to the provider, this translates into a lack of competent staff.

Service problems can be the difference between the performance of service providers and what services the organization wants. This may be due to reasons that follow, standard organizations and standards of service provider can not be the same service provider, can not fully appreciate the priorities of the organizations.

Problems can occur if the cost of outsourcing is not well planned for the management. The lack of planning is the biggest problem of outsourcing. It 's very important that the service provider understands the needs of the organization's business processes and systems. The organization must ensure that the service provider to do so. The organization must develop in-depth understanding of financial service providers and operating conditions for the examination of operational and financial capacity of the provider of services to meet the needs of the organization and objective child.
