Concepts of stress management - Challenging the Chaos to manage stress


Trainers stress management and psychologists tell us that there are two types of stress. There is good stress that comes from things like exercise and the fight for a cause and there is the kind of stress that is labeled uncomfortable, which causes high blood pressure, hypertension, anxiety and sleepless nights. And all this is very real, the trick is to understand and cope with stress.

You need to challenge the chaos in your life and use that stress to do great things. You must not let the stress becomes distress and cause health problems. Challenge and chaos is a good thing, there is always a part of the chaos, but if you are in trouble too you may never see an opportunity. Some people thrive on chaos and enjoy some 'stress from time to time.

The long-term cost of the points is what you should worry about and if you have this in your life you need to try to get rid of it. One of the easiest ways to get rid of stress is to download the hatred and revenge motivation and focus on working towards your goals and not give in to the direction that the company is pushing you, or that competition is forcing. Rather, you should run your own race, pace yourself and take the challenge.

This does not mean that you should close your enemies or your competition if they are real, but do not be afraid of them or leave them cause stress. Instead use them to help motivate you to do your best, take only the best, work for the best and being the best. Please consider this .......
