Becoming Your Best Self - The Warning Sign That You Are Not Major "in" Integrity

There is much talk of what it means to be of integrity "in". For me, being "in" Integrity means that my actions do not match the words that match my beliefs. It's called being true to yourself, be your authentic self, along with a host of other descriptions. In essence, it has to do with the flow of our energy and is consistent with all the pieces of us. It also represents the full integration of all four dimensions of life: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

While it may seem easy to know how it feels to be "in" integrity, there are warning signs when we defined "outside" of integrity. To become our best selves, we must be in tune with the changes that signal it's time to check what is going on and actively seek a solution to back "in the" integrity. Here are some warning signs that I experienced.

You feel nauseous.

There may be times when my being out of integrity manifests itself in other parts of my body, but 99% of the time when I feel sick and angry in my stomach or abdomen, I can almost be assured that I do not are "in" integrity. It 's interesting to see how different situations are reflected differently in my body. For example, the fear is always much higher in my body, around my heart. While we think it makes sense since one of the accompanying symptoms is paralysis of fear and what better way to stop in our tracks to get the heart acting up.

There is also a tangible difference between a physical and stomach pain "out of integrity" nauseousness. However, if we need to delude ourselves, it's pretty easy to do by focusing on the pain. When you wrap your mind around the process of grief, we feel that we have a legitimate reason for not doing anything that will cause discomfort in other areas of our psyche.

The Cure: Early symptoms of stomach pain, a long hard look at your recent actions. Where did you hear will to act, but were afraid to do it. The clearer you get, and before you arrive, the easier it is to do what you gotta do. If it is too late to do what you feel is necessary to find a way to address this issue, either directly with the person concerned or by changing the environment so whatever it is can not happen again .......
