Once or twice a year there are often times when you want a perfect and lose some extra kilos that you're carrying around especially the belly. We want to get into that beautiful dress and want to fit perfectly.

The diet requires no hunger, no calorie counting, the exclusion of certain food groups and includes free days where you get to eat almost anything you want.
These diets are intended to increase metabolism and consumption of dietary fat and stored fat. At the same time it is a variant of the GI, which reduces and stabilizes insulin levels in your body.
